Our website features all available product categories. Included are many Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). We urge you to check these prior to calling. These will be updated regularly.

The best and quickest method to reach our Customer Service Department is to call us at 800-225-9626 (for Lyman questions) or 800-423-9704 (for Pachmayr, TacStar and A-Zoom questions). If you are calling from out of the United States, please call 860-632-2020. The Service Department hours are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. If you are unable to reach us by phone, you may also fax us at 860-632-1699 for service.

To contact us via email, please use the form below. Note that all fields must be completed for the message to be forwarded.  Please also note that the names from any emails received will automatically transferred to a data base and may be used for future mailings, news releases and promotions. For Repair Services:

WARRANTY/REPAIR POLICY

Your Lyman Product has been produced under rigid standards of manufacture and inspection. However, if your Lyman product is found to be defective in material or workmanship within one year of delivery to the first retail purchaser, we will repair or replace it without charge.

If you require service under this warranty, please return the complete item along with a letter of explanation, including your complete name and address, freight prepaid to the factory at the address listed below. Your Lyman product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you within 21 days of our receipt. In making any return of a Lyman product to the factory, please be sure it is packaged with proper care to protect it from damage in transit.

We are sorry, but our warranty cannot apply to a defect which results from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or improper care, or if your Lyman product has been altered or repaired by anyone other than factory personnel.

If the item is out of warranty and is in need of repairs, the Lyman product should also be returned to the same address listed below. Appropriate charges will apply for parts and labor. Estimates are available only when the item has been thoroughly inspected by our repair personnel.
