Sales Coordinator

 

Summary/Objective:

Lyman Products is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the Sales Coordinator position at our offices in Middletown, CT. This is an entry-level position with many opportunities to grow within the company.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Market research
  • Market analysis
  • Competitive research
  • Data collection and reporting for these areas.
  • The sales coordinator will also have opportunities to assist in administrative management of all of Lyman’s distribution network including National Accounts such as Amazon.

 

Qualifications:

  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills via phone, email, or in-person with all contacts, both domestically and internationally
  • Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills in English
  • The ability to deal with an array of stakeholders, such as end customers, dealers, directors and executives.
  • The ability to be detail-oriented and still multi-task
  • Solid experience working with Excel, Power Point and standard Office programs
  • The ability to work with individuals with different backgrounds and focuses
  • Passion and integrity with the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results
  • 4-year degree preferred but not required
  • Sales experience in shooting sports industry preferred but not required
